This coffee comes from one of four farms that Jaime Figueroa Cantillo owns named Samaria.  Tucked in the hillsides of Garzón, Huila, this farm is located between 1450 - 1650meters. Jaime is currently growing the big three varieties, Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia, as well as some Catimors and some newly planted Tabi. All of the coffees were dried on raised beds under shade. The complex sweetness that this coffees offers is able to really shine through even after it undergoes its decaffeination process.
