ROASTING & FULFILLMENT SCHEDULE

Roast days are Tuesday - Thursday

Orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days, and coffee will be up to 7 days off-roast upon shipment.

For our coffee, we recommend a rest period of at least 14 days off-roast. This gives roasted coffee time to release CO² (de-gas) and reach peak flavor. Read more about this process here.
