This ain’t your mama’s decaf. Sweet peach notes combine with bright citrus and a creamy, vanilla finish. This coffee was brought to us through our friends at Forest Coffee and it is by far our favorite decaf yet!

Coffee is placed in circular containers with a combination of water and ethyl acetate. It is then immersed several times until the caffeine level drops to 0.1%.

Martha and her two sons, Elias and Shady, help run their family farm El Vergel Estate in Tolima, Colombia. Their goal is to work with experimental coffee, using technology to produce great coffee, as well as improve quality of life for the families that work together and the community as a whole.
