From the renowned Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, this micro-lot comes to us through CoopeTarrazú, a cooperative of over 3,500 smallholder producers in San José. The cooperative is dedicated to sustainability and community development, supporting its members with technical guidance and resources to combat challenges like coffee rust while investing in long-term welfare for families and communities.

Grown at elevations between 1,450–1,500 meters, this coffee benefits from Tarrazú’s distinct climate—harvests align with the dry season from November to March, ensuring uniform ripening and ideal conditions for sun-drying. This lot was naturally processed, laid out to dry for two weeks to enhance its rich and complex profile.

Expect a cup that is sweet and layered, with notes of cola, gingerbread, dried fruit, and a touch of blackberry brightness.
