Common Practice is a staple single origin coffee, roasted with a traditional flavor profile in mind. It stands as a great option for those looking for a familiar and down to earth coffee to drink with or without milk.
Pitalito is a vibrant municipality nestled in the Magdalena Valley and surrounded by the Andean mountains. It sits at elevations between 1,300 and 1,900 meters - making it an ideal place for growing high-quality coffee. Pitalito is known for being the largest coffee-producing municipality in Colombia, often called “The Coffee Capital of Colombia” due the quality and sheer volume of coffee produced here.
This regional blend of coffees is grown by approximately 70 smallholder farmers in and around Pitalito. Smaller producers in this region have often faced uphill challenges, making it very difficult to break into higher quality markets on their own without the help of import & export partners. It’s this kind of collaboration and mutual respect that allows for the quality of coffee that’s available today.
We hope you enjoy.
